Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This policy explains how WasyTech approaches privacy across its website and utilities. It is written to be honest about what differs between standalone tools and any future cloud services. It is a starting template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it for a specific jurisdiction.
Local-first processing
Wherever it is technically possible, WasyTech utilities process data on your device rather than sending it to a server. Each utility states its specific processing model on its product page. We do not make a blanket promise that every current and future utility is fully local, because some capabilities inherently require a network — instead, each tool tells you the truth about itself.
Per-utility telemetry policies
Telemetry is declared per utility, using one of four policies: none, opt-in, anonymous, or required. The current core utilities are designed to operate with no telemetry. Any change for a given tool will be reflected in that tool's stated policy.
No advertising trackers
WasyTech does not embed advertising SDKs or third-party behavioural trackers in its utilities. The website itself avoids unnecessary third-party scripts.
Standalone utilities vs. future cloud services
Standalone core utilities are designed to work without an account and without sending your data to WasyTech. Optional future services (such as the planned WasyTech Pro) would necessarily involve transmitting some data to provide features like sync or cloud history. Those services will have their own clearly-documented data handling, and using them will be entirely optional.
The website
This site is served as static and server-rendered pages. We aim to keep third-party requests to a minimum. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
